You have often seen many of talented people making creative arts through food carving, and some of their creations have become very famous in the world. Gaku, a Japanese creative artist, is also a well-known figure in food carving with this ability. His recent creation of a fish made out of a fluffy stalk of broccoli has gone viral on social media. It took the artist about three hours to create this intricate design, and the broccoli fish appears to have made a mid-jump from its aquatic habitat. The tail fin of this fish is very delicately shaped from the head of the broccoli stalk, and the fish scales are elaborately cut, giving a great elegance to this design with its shiny green fish eyes.
Gaku has mastered the traditional Thai fruit carving and specializes in Japanese technology known as mukimono. The art engraves or elaborates the skins of fruits and vegetables. Here they practice how to make food carving using different tools. The creations made by this artist are very popular and equally fascinating.
